Sarah Jessica Parker to Replace Demi Moore in ‘Lovelace’

According to EW, Sarah Jessica Parker has signed on to replace Demi Moore in the upcoming biopic Lovelace. Parker will play the part of feminist activist Gloria Steinem in the Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman(“Howl”) film.

Based on Eric Danville’s biography “The Complete Linda Lovelace,” The film follows Linda Boreman’s rise to fame as the iconic porn star of 1972’s “Deep Throat,” and her subsequent transformation into feminist, anti-porn activist Linda Marchiano. The story is told through the perspective of three interviewers at various stages of her life.

Set to star Amanda Seyfried in the title role of Linda Lovelace the film also stars Peter Sarsgaard, Hank Azaria, Wes Bentley, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, Sharon Stone, Chloe Sevigny and Juno Temple.
